Here is a photo of a little buck I think looks promising. He is still just a baby, so I am not taking anything for granted yet. However, at this point, he pleases me very much. He appears short and deep bodied with correct hocks, and has nice wool. He is a very happy little fellow who is fun to handle. I’ve named him Moirai Paladin.

It is time to make plans to attend the National Angora Rabbit Breeders Club’s annual national specialty show. This year it will be in Amana, Iowa, in conjunction with the Cedar Rapids RBA double all-breed show. There are wool, skein, and garment contests in addition to the rabbit show.
